2. Acknowledgment

3. Digital Products and Orders
3.1 Order Process
LifeSorting sells digital products including Script Vault and other downloadable resources. Orders are processed through Gumroad, our third party sales platform. By placing an order You confirm that You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and have provided accurate billing information.
3.2 Payment
Payments are processed securely through Gumroad. LifeSorting does not store or process payment information directly. Accepted payment methods are determined by Gumroad's platform.
3.3 Digital Product Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically upon confirmed payment. You will receive download access via email. Please ensure Your email address is accurate at time of purchase.
3.4 Refund Policy
All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads We do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered. If You experience a technical issue with Your download please contact Us and We will do Our best to resolve it promptly.
3.5 Order Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unauthorized transactions. If Your order is canceled You will be notified and any payment will be refunded.
4. Memberships and Subscriptions
4.1 Free and Paid Memberships
LifeSorting offers free and paid membership options through Ghost. Free members receive access to selected content and newsletters. Paid members receive additional access as described at time of signup.
4.2 Renewals and Cancellations
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through Your account settings or by contacting Us. Refunds for prepaid subscriptions are not provided unless required by law.
4.3 Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and all original content — including but not limited to Script Vault, guides, templates, blog posts, and branding — remain the exclusive property of LifeSorting and its creator.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or sell any LifeSorting content without prior written permission. Personal use of purchased digital products is permitted. Resale or redistribution of digital products is strictly prohibited.
6. User Generated Content and Feedback
By submitting comments, feedback, or other content You grant Us a non-exclusive royalty free license to use and display Your content. You confirm Your content does not violate any third party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.
7. Third Party Services
LifeSorting uses the following third party platforms:
- Ghost — website, membership, and newsletter management
- Gumroad — digital product sales and delivery
- Google Analytics (future use) — website analytics
Each operates under their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the practices of these third party services.
Our Website may also contain links to external sites for reference. We do not endorse or control third party content. Use external websites at Your own risk.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate Your access to the Service if You violate these Terms. Upon termination Your right to use the Service will immediately end. Purchased digital products already delivered will remain accessible to You.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of all content on the Service
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Our Service or reliance on Our content
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount You paid for the specific product or service in question
10. As-Is Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or harmful components.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota, United States. If a dispute arises We encourage You to contact Us first to seek an informal resolution. If unresolved disputes may be handled through arbitration or a competent court in Minnesota.
